To make claiming easy for selected Private Health Insurers we have partnered with HICAPS. This allows for their members to access on the spot claiming for specified CareClinic services reducing the in-pharmacy gap payment.

TerryWhite Chemmart has partnered with Healthengine since 2017 to drive a seamless and end-to-end bookings process for our customers. Together, we’ve completed over 5 million customer bookings for CareClinic services. The Healthengine x TerryWhite Chemmart platform helps to bring together a suite of integrated offerings to help your customers get a better experience across their healthcare journey.

Telehealth has increased dramatically over the last 4 years and TerryWhite Chemmart customers can access a seamless and connected experience that puts them in touch with an Australian based General Practitioner for the health concerns a Pharmacist is unable to assist with.

Fundraising Partner

For 20 years, TerryWhite Chemmart has proudly partnered with Ovarian Cancer Australia (OCA) raising over $2.7m to support those living with ovarian cancer and their families, as well as increasing awareness and funding critical research into detection and prevention. In 2023, TWC launched the 50-cent campaign with the support of the Supplier Network and in 2024, we were named Principal Partners of OCA.

Health Awareness Partners

In November 2024, TerryWhite Chemmart announced a five-year partnership with the Immunisation Foundation of Australia (IFA), solidifying a commitment to raise awareness about key vaccinations that protect children and vulnerable communities across Australia. This partnership will focus on critical vaccines, including those for Whooping Cough (Pertussis), RSV, MMR, and Influenza, aiming to educate Australians about the significance of staying up to date with immunisations.

TerryWhite Chemmart has partnered with the Jodi Lee Foundation (JLF) to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer through the TerryWhite Chemmart consumer awareness campaign ‘Trust Your Gut’.
Distribution of educational collateral on monitoring bowels and changes in your body, along with the sale of bowel cancer screening tests have leveraged JLF’s message for early detection.
