Our team members are exposed to diverse work environments with opportunities to work cross-functionally as well as cross-geographically. There are many specialist roles in pharmacies, as well as group pharmacy opportunities.
6TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies are franchise businesses, how does this affect me?
Our priority is to support our pharmacy network to recruit the best-in-the-business for their local teams. Most pharmacy-based professionals will be employed by our Network Partners in one of 600 locations across Australia. There are also opportunities at our support offices around the country in Marketing, Category Management, Health, Operations, ICT and Finance.

We know you want to keep ahead of the game, so our award-winning training programs are available for the whole pharmacy team, and take place through conferences, national and state-based events, and online. All our team members are leaders. We have a formal framework in place to build leadership capability across the business, and we support all team members to have plans in place for their continued professional development.

Yes, we do. The largest opportunity is for Intern Pharmacists. We’re always looking for the best students who want a unique, community pharmacy career. Our teams are proud to wear our TerryWhite Chemmart uniforms, which are professional looking and comfortable. At your interview, you should arrive in professional attire, tidy and looking like you’re ready to work – whether that’s online or in person.
12What age can I start work?
We love how keen you are! The age you can start work depends on the state or territory that you work in and applies to all workers including those starting an apprenticeship or traineeship.
