TerryWhite Chemmart Masterclass is the pinnacle professional development event for pharmacists on the pharmacy industry calendar. Attracting notable industry professionals who speak on a range of topics from chronic pain management to gastrointestinal disorders and skin conditions, it not only provides a forum for learning and engagement but it delivers real results for your pharmacy…and your full year’s worth of CPD.

The TerryWhite Chemmart Network Partner Conference is the pinnacle event on the calendar for all pharmacy owners and key staff. It brings the network together with key members from the TerryWhite Chemmart Leadership Team to talk strategy for the year ahead and is supported by a host of suppliers. This event is an opportunity to connect with delegates from across the network to network, engage, learn…and also have a bit of fun.
The TerryWhite Chemmart Retail Leaders Forum educates the leaders of our brand by developing and refining leadership techniques and skills to improve business performance.
At the Retail Leaders Forum, retail managers, dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants across the network will be brought together to learn and engage and motivate one another to be better leaders and ultimately provide a better experience for customers.

Masterclass Forum for Pharmacists
Masterclass Forum brings together a smaller and more intimate group of pharmacists to focus on knowledge and the practical application of that knowledge. TWC pharmacists have been attending Masterclass for over 8 years and expect only the best clinical updates with the latest customer research. Masterclass Forum provides pharmacists with practical ways in which they can help to improve the health of their community.
This program is run twice a year.
Academy Live for Pharmacy Assistants and Retail Managers
Academy Live is all about connecting with pharmacy assistants - each month, over 2 million Australians visit at TWC and every single one will interact with our pharmacy assistants.
At Academy Live, pharmacy assistants will be challenged to go above and beyond to create customer experiences for your brand and products. Our pharmacy assistants are truly committed to changing the health of their community and work hand in hand with our pharmacists to do just this!
